One of our big rocks for the year is to drive a step change in top-of-funnel growth while improving conversion rates throughout our hybrid self-serve, sales-led funnel. We cannot do this without a strong foundation.  As the Marketing Operations Lead, you’ll focus on enabling Front’s marketing organization to run personalized, omni-channel lead and customer experiences at scale. You’ll lead company-wide initiatives around enrichment, lead scoring and attribution. You’ll constantly be on the hunt for areas of opportunity and optimization, partnering with Growth Marketing, Web Strategy, and Analytics to run experiments.  If this sounds like an exciting challenge, then Front may be the perfect place for you!

What will you be doing?

    • Specialize in building consistent, coordinated processes across the entire Marketing organization.
    • Own technology operations across the entire marketing tech stack including tools such as: Hubspot, Lean Data, Google Analytics, and future CDP.
    • Manage a team of marketing operations professionals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Front’s leads are properly being routed and converting against our targets, delivering a highly efficient lead management engine.
    • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.

What skills & experience do you need?

    • 5-7 years of marketing operations experience, with a strong emphasis on B2B marketing operations.
    • A solid understanding of strategy, planning, execution, and tracking of omni-channel marketing activities, as well as managing a marketing funnel.
    • Experience with MOPs programs and tech stack to scale hybrid GTM motions.
    • Experience executing GTM operations projects end to end, examples include lead scoring, lead routing, enrichment, personalization, web tracking, funnel optimization, and attribution.
    • Experience collaborating closely with both marketing, sales, and product functions.
    • Strong affinity to data, sales and marketing metrics, and continuous optimization.
    • Experience translating business goals into operational plans and tactics.
    • Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills.
    • Interest in managing a small team.
    • Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM.
    • Familiarity with Craft or similar CMS.


    • A background in email marketing.
    • Experience managing a team.
This position is open to Remote US. Note that we are only able to hire for this role in the following states:

Zone 2: $145,900 - $184,700
Zone 3: $137,800 - $174,400

Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions. At Front, we take a market-based approach to pay. In addition to cash compensation (base salary, which may include commissions or overtime pay where applicable), Fronteers are eligible to receive equity in the company.
