The Growth Marketing team at Front is looking for an experienced marketer to lead our global marketing campaigns and demand generation efforts. As the Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will develop multi-channel marketing programs that will help elevate Front’s brand in new markets, generate high-quality leads, and drive sales pipeline and revenue. In this role, you will be responsible for quarterly campaign planning and orchestrate a cross-functional team to execute strategic marketing plans. 

What will you be doing?

    • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and programs to drive net new business
    • Lead quarterly campaign planning in close collaboration with marketing leadership and team
    • Identify the content, creative, and messaging needs for campaigns and develop the bill of materials in collaboration with PMM, Brand and Creative teams
    • Partner closely with Sales to establish shared priorities and goals, develop high-impact marketing programs, and ensure effective pre- and post-campaign enablement
    • Measure, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance and pipeline, surfacing insights to improve efficiency and identify areas of opportunity

What skills & experience do you need?

    • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing—with a focus on demand generation, integrated campaigns, or marketing programs
    • Experience planning and executing full-funnel and multi-channel marketing campaigns across global markets
    • Proven track record of partnering with sales leaders and teams to hit pipeline targets
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience leading cross-functional efforts
    • Proficiency in marketing automation (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) and Salesforce

This is a hybrid role, expected to be in our San Francisco office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The San Francisco base salary range for this full-time position is $148,300 - $180,800. Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions. At Front, we take a market-based approach to pay. In addition to cash compensation (base salary, which may include commissions or overtime pay where applicable), Fronteers are eligible to receive equity in the company.
