Your team
Frontify's Global Partnerships team is a community of highly motivated people with diverse skill sets and backgrounds ranging across Sales, Agencies, Marketing, and Customer Success. Together, they elevate the company and grow as people. Outside of work, they're creatives, nature lovers, socializers, and so much more.
Your mission
You’ll play a key role in the early stages of our partnership journey. Whether it’s reaching out to prospective partners or responding to inbound interest, your work will shape the first impression of Frontify and set the stage for meaningful collaborations across the EMEA region.
This is a full-time, permanent role—ideal for someone looking to kick off a career in partnerships, sales, or business development. There’s lots of room to learn, contribute, and grow alongside a supportive team.
Your story
- Research and identify potential partnership opportunities across EMEA.
- Craft and send tailored outbound messages to prospective partners.
- Respond to inbound partnership requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Qualify partnership leads and schedule introductory meetings for Partner Managers.
- Maintain accurate data and notes in our CRM and tracking tools.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships team to refine outreach strategy based on results.
- Support campaign planning and follow-up for partner-focused initiatives.
Your responsibilities
- You're comfortable working in a hybrid setup, spending 1–2 days per week in our St. Gallen office.
- You’re a recent graduate or early-career professional excited to grow in partnerships, sales, or business. Exposure to these areas through school, internships, work, or side projects is a plus.
- You’re early in your career and eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.
- You like connecting with people and building relationships.
- You're excited about tech, business, and the magic that happens when partnerships click.
- You're motivated, personable, and proactive with a natural ability to connect with others.
- You’re confident communicating in English. German is a plus!
