Your Mission
You’ll be a driving force in our Central Europe Growth Sales team as we strive to become a home for all brands to thrive in. You’ll know our value prop, use cases, and product like the back of your hand (maybe even better). With your consultative selling approach, you'll take over our inbound and outbound leads while also driving self-sourced leads for your sales pipeline. Your aim is to get deals over the finish line.

Your Story

    • You can choose your preferred place to work. Whether that be remotely from home anywhere in Switzerland or the UK, a fancy coffee shop, or in our St. Gallen or London offices once or twice a week (or every day), it’s up to you!
    • You have 3+ years of hands-on sales experience – with 2 years of closing experience – in the SaaS space selling to growth clients in Germany or Switzerland. 
    • You’ve worked in a high-growth, SaaS, scaleup company before (bonus points if they were martech) where you sold complex software solutions to clients.
    • You speak English and German fluently.
    • You’re confident in independently managing a pipeline of deals (via Salesforce), forecasting, and driving business from demo to close – a process you approach with a high degree of ownership.
    • You know how to identify relevant customer segments and new opportunities to grow your sales pipeline. 
    • You’re a person that demonstrates consistent achievement – if not over-achievement – of targets. 
    • You’ve worked with branding, marketing, and/or agencies in the past.
    • You’re a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments. 
    • Your friends would describe you as honest, innovative, and proactive.
