Your Mission
As the Enterprise Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving our enterprise sales strategy and leading our high-performing sales team in the UK&FR Markets. Your primary objective will be to establish and maintain strong client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets to drive market expansion within the UK and France. This role will report to our VP Sales EMEA. 

    • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales targets. (40%)
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the UK and France markets. (10%)
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaborating with direct reports through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities. (20%)
    • Stay-up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our sales approach. (5%)
    • Analyse sales data, track performance metrics, and generate reports to assess sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. (15%)
    • Use your specialised knowledge of our product/services effectively communicating their value propositions to clients and stakeholders. (10%)

Your Story

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
    • 8+ years of experience in SaaS sales.
    • Proven track record of consistent success as an individual contributor and manage (enterprise, strategic account) teams.
    • Ability to accurately forecast team performance on a monthly basis and quarterly basis.
    • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand market dynamics and identify growth opportunities.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and methodologies- including but not limited to MEDDICC, Challenger, Miller-Heiman, etc.
    • Existing Marketing, Martech, Branding, DAM experience is a huge plus.
