Your team
Your new team is a group of motivated, collaborative, and innovative people. They are Designers, Product Managers, and Developers from more than seven different countries. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product but always keep room for new ideas and approaches. Outside of work, some of them are parents, gamers, bookworms, adrenaline junkies, and so much more.
Your mission
As the Vice President of Technology, you will be at the forefront of leading an exceptional team of over 55 professionals in software development, architecture, and quality assurance. You will be the driving force behind our technology strategy, ensuring that our products set new standards in the industry and exceed customer expectations.
In addition to your leadership role, you will also play a crucial part in nurturing the growth of your team members, both personally and professionally. You will build a strong team of leadership professionals by mentoring and encouraging their development.
As a vital member of the Product leadership team, you will take ownership of product operations and contribute to the strategic development and execution of Frontify's product strategy. You will work closely with the CEO to ensure our products are aligned with the company's vision and goals.

You can work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland or on-site in our St. Gallen office. Choose where to work from that works best for you.
Key responsibilities
- Visionary Leadership: Guide the technology team with strategic foresight, inspiring innovation and excellence.
- Team Development: Cultivate a high-performing team, focusing on skill enhancement and alignment with Frontify’s mission.
- Tech Strategy and Architecture: Directly develop and implement a robust tech strategy that synergises with our business goals, ensuring architectural excellence and innovation
- Quality Assurance Leadership: Uphold exceptional standards in software development, guaranteeing efficient and reliable product delivery.
- Collaborative Efforts: Foster collaborative relationships with product management, design, and other departments for seamless product development.
- Tech Trends and Innovation Adoption: Stay ahead of tech trends, integrating cutting-edge innovations into Frontify’s technology landscape.
- Effective Communication: Maintain transparent and effective communication across all organisational levels, aligning technology initiatives with company objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate technology strategy and progress to internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, including regular reporting to the CEO.
Your background
- You hold extensive leadership experience in a technology-focused role, ideally within a similar industry.
- You have deep knowledge of various technologies, e.g., JavaScript, Typescript, React, PHP, Python, AWS, and Docker.
- You have a proven ability to manage large technology teams and drive strategic technology initiatives.
- You hold excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
- You are adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment.
