Your Team
Your new team is a group of motivated, collaborative, and innovative people. They are Designers, Product Managers, and Developers from more than seven different countries. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product but always keep room for new ideas and approaches. Outside of work, some of them are parents, gamers, bookworms, adrenaline junkies, and so much more.
Your Mission
You'll enable the R&D Department to create products that deliver value to the users and the business by aligning the goals of the product and the company. Your role focuses on connecting our strategy and product to the needs and wants of our customers – they should be at the center of everything we do. You'll focus on product innovation and vision as you ensure our product development strategies align with the future needs of our customers to create a mutual partnership between our company and our customers.
As Frontify's CPO, you'll build up your team of leadership professionals by mentoring and encouraging their growth – personally and professionally. You'll take ownership of product operations globally and oversee the strategic development and execution of Frontify's product strategy as you report to the CEO.
Your Story
- You’re able to work on-site in our St. Gallen office 1-2 times a week.
- You've previously worked in an executive-level product leadership (or similar) role within a SaaS company. In this role, you successfully implemented a customer-centric approach and proved your business leadership skills in product innovation, strategy, and operations.
- Your tried-and-tested leadership style and approach brings out the best in your team, cultivates growth, and balances your creative as well as analytical capabilities.
- You've previously played a key role in developing and updating ongoing company growth targets as well as in contributing to the overall strategic vision.
- You've successfully and productively worked cross-functionally with other business disciplines (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to bring your vision to life.
- Your written and verbal communication skills in English are excellent.
