POSITION OVERVIEW
The Vice President (VP) of Operations is a senior executive dedicated to optimizing and leading all facets of our company's daily operations. In alignment with FRONTSTEPS' strategic goals, this role ensures that our operations serve as a key competitive advantage, driving market share growth and efficiency.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Refine and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to continually assess and elevate operational performance, ensuring FRONTSTEPS maintains industry leading KPIs.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure operations contribute significantly to our market position and helps grow share.
- Optimize internal processes for heightened efficiency and productivity.
- Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, to meet operational objectives.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products and services.
- Collaboration and Risk Management:
- Foster collaboration among departments for seamless operations.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard the company's interests.
- Innovation and Technology Integration:
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and integrate relevant tools to enhance operational capabilities.
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the operations organization.
- Financial Acumen:
- Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage operational budgets effectively.
- Leadership and Team Development:
- Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for the operations team.
- Performs other duties as requested.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within operations.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing operational strategies in SaaS organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and best practices.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement processes.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Desire to work on-site full time with the FRONTSTEPS leadership team in Denver, CO.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
- This role will be responsible for the success of our Business Intelligence, Customer Support, Solution Delivery and Builder teams.
$190,000 - $235,000 a year
This position will be onsite at Denver Headquarters and pays an annual base salary of $190,000 - $235,000 + bonus.
This position will remain open through 04/12/2024.
