POSITION OVERVIEW
The Business Intelligence Supervisor bridges the gap between data and decision-making.  This role is responsible for designing, building, and managing robust data solutions, and crafting insightful dashboards that empower cross-departmental leadership.  Combining technical expertise with strategic planning and stakeholder engagement, you’ll deliver invaluable analytical support, compelling data visualization, and automated long-term solutions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Oversee development, maintenance, and management of data systems.  Obtain a deep understanding of company products and processes within the organization.  Define critical data relationships between core business systems (Production Platforms, CRM, Accounting Platform, Project Management Platform, LMS, and HRIS systems).  Leads projects to improve the usability, scalability, and efficiency of data resources.  Projects can include data migrations, data governance initiatives, and data management/architecture projects.  Lead team members in design, development, and testing of new or reconfigured data systems.   
    • Build Data Sets and Dashboards that Fulfill Real Company Needs.  Define and develop requirement documentation on how to work with various APIs to pull transactional and customer data.  Consult with leaders in sales, marketing, and customer operations to define data needs, and build/validate shared data sets that meet needs.
    • Gather Insights from Data.  Use data to tell a story. Routinely analyze operational data, share insights, and make recommendations for additional KPIs.
    • Become a Thought Leader.  Be the subject matter expert for all things related to data infrastructure and data governance.
    • Automate Business Analytics.  Proactively identify, evaluate, and implement emerging analytics software, technologies, and tools.  Conduct ongoing needs analysis of reporting and data.
    • Workflow and Automation.  Take ownership of a suite of workflow rules, process builder flows, and approval processes.  Maintain and troubleshoot these automations to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve user experience.
    • Reporting and Dashboards.  Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using Salesforce CRM Analytics to derive actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making.  Apply expertise in dataflows and recipes to ensure data is accurately represented and easily accessible for stakeholders.
    • User Management.  Handle the creation, management, and maintenance of user accounts, roles, permissions, and teams.  Ensure secure and efficient access while facilitating onboarding and ongoing training to optimize platform usage.
    • Performs other duties as requested by management.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

    • BS/BA in business, math, computer science, IT, finance, or related field 
    • 5+ years of experience as a supervisor required
    • 3+ business analyst, data analyst, or in a similar data-focused capacity required
    • 3+ years of Salesforce experience required
    • Strong communication skills enabling effective communication between technical and non-technical key stakeholders
    • Experience with Tableau or CRM Analytics
    • Experience with writing SQL queries and Relational Databases
    • Experience with Microsoft Excel (advanced)
    • Familiar with APIs and how they work
    • Strong Salesforce product knowledge with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
    • Required certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201)
    • Proficiency in user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
    • Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving acumen
    • Experience consulting with business owners to identify reporting needs and translate needs to automate scalable systems
    • Experience designing, building, and implementing data storage or processing solutions
    • Experience building data models and defining the structure, attributes and nomenclature of data elements
    • Highly motivated self-starter able to take ownership of analysis projects from start to finish
    • Passion for working in a fast-paced environment, with an ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
    • Project management skills
    • Experience with SaaS recurring revenue model
$90,000 - $120,000 a year
This positions will work out of Corporate Headquarters in Denver, CO and pays an annual salary of $90,000 - $120,000.
This position will remain open through April 19th, 2024.
