What We Do
Launched in 2019, Fuel began with the debut of Fuel V1, our first major step toward enhancing Ethereum’s scalability, and since then we've grown to offer a complete rollup operating system. We create innovative technologies like the Fuel Virtual Machine, and Sway—a programing language designed specifically for blockchains—that together form a robust environment for developers. These tools are part of our commitment to optimize and expand Ethereum's potential for all its users.
Who We Are
Our team comprises over 80 professionals, including builders formerly from well-known Web3 organizations such as Consensys, Polygon, Polkadot and Ethereum. Our team works remotely, hailing from diverse locations globally, and we value curiosity, passion, and accountability in our collaborative efforts.
About This Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Ecosystem Relations Lead to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with the community. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive ecosystem relations strategy, proactively engaging with potential and existing partners, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our network.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing ecosystem relations in a Web3 project
- Deep understanding of the blockchain industry and its landscape
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong network of contacts within the community
Responsibilities
- Create a strategy aligned with Fuel Network’s objectives
- Proactively identify and engage with ecosystem partners
- Manage relationships with existing ecosystem partners, ensuring clear and consistent communication
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and materials
- Analyse feedback and provide insights to the management team
- Contribute to the development and execution of communications towards the ecosystem
