Fuel Labs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will blend deep technical knowledge with compelling storytelling aimed at both application developers and protocol researchers. You will work closely with our Product team to focus on product features that increase adoption, enhance the developer and operational experience, and foster innovation within the Web3 ecosystem. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing go-to-market strategies that ensure impactful product launches and sustained market presence. You will manage core products and features that empower developers to easily build, test, and deploy on the Fuel network.

What You'll Do

    • Develop and Execute Go-to-Market Campaigns: Plan, develop, and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products. This includes defining campaign goals, target audiences, key messages, channels, and metrics for success. Manage end-to-end execution to ensure impactful product launches and sustained market presence.
    • Develop a Deep Understanding of Developer and Protocol Developer Personas: Onboard, engage, and show value to developers and protocol developers using Fuel Labs’ products.
    • Conduct Competitive Analysis: Influence product roadmap decisions and vision based on a thorough analysis of competitors.
    • Craft Differentiated Messaging and Positioning: Create compelling messaging based on a deep understanding of customer goals and challenges, bringing it to life through launches, content, campaigns, events, and more.
    • Create Technical Marketing Materials: Develop videos, whitepapers, presentations, web content, and other materials that communicate the technical value of our products.
    • Increase Product Adoption: Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data on product usage and adoption patterns.
    • Collaborate with Product and Engineering Teams: Understand the product roadmap and upcoming releases to drive and implement effective release marketing efforts
    • Partner with Ecosystem and Growth Teams: Develop and lead internal content including training, FAQs, and cheat sheets.
    • Engage with Developer Evangelists and Community Managers: Educate developers on product capabilities and values through online and in-person events, and build our presence across technical forums like Stack Overflow, Discord, Reddit, and Hacker News.
    • Contribute to Marketing Strategy: Help maintain technical accuracy in marketing messages and contribute to overall marketing strategy and messaging.

What You'll Bring

    • Go-to-Market Campaign Experience: Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies and campaigns for technical products.
    • Product Experience and Expertise: Strong background as a technical product marketing manager with a deep understanding of the motivations of both developer and protocol developer audiences.
    • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to understand technical personas and build adoption and engagement of new and existing product lines.
    • Technical Aptitude and Curiosity: Keen understanding of the Ethereum and Web3 developer ecosystem, protocol development, and their technical audiences.
    • Compelling Content Creation: Experience crafting positioning, messaging, and thought leadership content.
    • Hands-on Marketing Skills: Ability to build a range of marketing assets, including slide pitch-decks, whitepapers, demo videos, and event/webinar content.
    • Influence and Collaboration: Ability to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
    • Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Innovative Approach: Creativity and innovation in reaching and engaging technical audiences.
    • Senior-Level Experience: Proven experience managing projects or teams with a similar scope.
    • Developer Tools or Protocol Research: Experience with developer tools, infrastructure products, or protocol development is a significant advantage.
