Fullscreen is hiring for a Manager, Influencer Marketing Operations, who can work across multiple business units across different offices to maximize efficiencies within the influencer marketing organization. You’ll assist in all aspects of day to day operations, team management, data management, and working with vendors to perform various data-related functions to ensure best practice standards, enhancing processes and systems, and to essentially assist VP, Influencer Marketing in continuing to lead an industry leading, strategic, and efficient organization. This role is based in New York, NY. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Report into VP, Influencer Marketing Operations to help manage the day-to-day across all Influencer Marketing divisions (Strategic Custom Content and Activation)
    • In this key position within the group, act as direct support for the VP of Influencer Marketing in elevating operations around assignment allocation, pricing, planning, strategy, and execution.
    • Deep understanding in data analytics and ability to use data to inform leadership
    • Focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the influencer marketing and creative organization to drive revenue growth
    • Focus on people, process, technology and finance as well as internal and external communication needs
    • Identify areas of improvement and create solutions to be implemented
    • Participate in cross division communications, collaborative presentations, and process
    • Assist in Influencer Marketing new hire training and onboarding in collaboration with cross company team leads
    • Work closely across Fullscreen organization to leverage company-wide resources and tools and share internal challenges and needs to drive process, technology, and shared needs forward
    • Monitor pricing thresholds, margin, and deal flow with relevant parties such as sales, production and any other internal or external parties
    • Work closely with the team leadership to enforce process and manage work flow, program assignments, and resource allocation
    • Coordinate with internal account management, marketing, and analytics team to ensure client reporting requirements and validate program/pitches
    • Manage team education and partner relationships on the marketing/branded content side with key platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Wattpad, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS

    • Four year degree, MBA preferred
    • Content marketing, digital, and creative agency experience desired
    • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing environment with data-operations oriented responsibility
    • Deep familiarity with content marketing and social with experience across platform (Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
    • Passion for organization and data driven initiatives
    • Demonstrated skills and experience in project management, team management, and process management
    • Proficient working with and in campaign management and resource allocation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Exact Target, Excel, etc.)
    • Prior successful experience managing large-scale client engagements
    • Excellent time management and communication skills
    • Ability to travel as necessary
    • People person, team player, and strong collaborator
    • Curious and passionate about the influencer space and social media with a thirst to learn, implement, refine and evolve every day
