Technical Program Manager – Data & Analytics

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive high-level responsibility for the delivery and deployment of Fullscreen’s Subscription Video On Demand (SVOD) Business Intelligence & Analytics programs. This role will work with cross-functional teams of analytics and technical staff to implement scalable enterprise data and reporting solutions. You will oversee complex analytics projects which require technical expertise and strong program management skills. You will usher projects through the entire project lifecycle and work closely with marketing, data engineers, product leads, content team, and other departments across Fullscreen.

Responsibilities

    • Responsible for project scope management, status reporting, project plan development, milestone tracking, release planning, communication and resource management
    • Translate business needs into technical analytics implementation specs
    • Work closely with Technical/Product/Project leadership and align project priorities and schedules
    • Work side by side with the Analytics and Engineering teams to support user journeys in tracking/tagging implementation and data collection
    • Manage third party vendor efforts to plan, build, and implement integrated data solutions to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
    • Identify and solve cross-functional and inter-team issues quickly, while managing multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity and scope

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Math or equivalent)
    • 5+ years of relevant IT and project management work experience managing medium to large projects
    • In-depth knowledge of marketing and streaming video analytics technologies, data processes, and methodologies applicable to project management
    • Database experience with SQL and delivering API-related solutions
    • Ability to design and implement operational analytics processes that help the teams/organization scale
    • Technical expertise around analytical tools, methodologies and design, and build vs buy trade-offs
    • Ability to provide comprehensive analytics software vetting and recommendations
    • Extensive understanding of critical project management techniques
    • Experience with Jira and system deployment processes

Bonus Points

    • Experience with site analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, and AppsFlyer)
    • Experience delivering enterprise data solutions, ideally in the Media Sales & Marketing space
    • Preference will be given to candidates with subscription and transactional data experience
    • Professional experience architecting/operating enterprise solutions built on AWS
