We are looking for a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing who will a play a critical role in developing custom, story-led marketing solutions to create breakthrough programs for our clients. They will be responsible for working in collaboration with the creative, talent, research, and social teams to develop cross platform content programs that are rooted in consumer insights and deliver on our clients’ core communication objectives. We seek an individual with expertise and an interest in driving revenue with Fortune 500 clients in the CPG, Beauty, Retail, Travel and Tech categories.

The ideal candidate will have experience building complex content programs at a digital media network or agency with a passion for and knowledge of digital video entertainment specifically across YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. A successful candidate must be confident interfacing with individuals of all levels, both internally and externally, leading internal brainstorms and working in a fast-paced environment that often involves juggling multiple priorities. This role is based in New York, NY.


    • Work closely with the Director of Integrated Marketing as part of a team that specializes in program strategy and development
    • Develop custom marketing ideas in response to RFPs and on a pro-active basis using innovative digital solutions and leveraging the Fullscreen network of talent and their audiences
    • Participate and lead daily brainstorming sessions with sales, creative, and account management teams to build client solutions
    • Maintain an in-depth working knowledge of Fullscreen talent, Fullscreen audiences, and the company’s media and social product offerings
    • Partner with Fullscreen talent to create ground-breaking custom content programming
    • Develop category positioning, presentations, and partnerships for assigned verticals
    • Partner with Sales to develop stellar presentations which clearly communicate marketing strategy and campaign ideas for clients
    • Collaborate with production, creative, talent, experiential and other teams and constituencies to ensure seamless implementation of sold programs
    • Stay on top of industry trends, events, new technologies, unique opportunities
    • Take responsibility for project timelines and program deadlines
    • Ensure that all projects are executed within or under budget
    • Partner with activation teams to smoothly transition and kick off content programs


    • 3+ years of building cross-platform digital marketing programs
    • Stellar interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
    • Strong content/creative development experience
    • Strong Execution and Production knowledge
    • Strategic, creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into holistic content programs
    • Excellent writing and presentation skills – both in structure and content
    • Strong attention to detail, organized, and good management skills
    • Must be a self-starter
    • High energy individual who thrives in a fast paced environment
    • Ability to work well with different personalities and within a team setting
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
