Are you an undergraduate junior or senior student with a passion for accounting? We are looking for a paid Accounting Intern who will be responsible for assisting in data mining and research. The ideal candidate would have a passion for and knowledge of YouTube, digital entertainment, and the world of social media influencers. The candidate would also have a proven track record of being a self started to support and fulfill the strategic objectives of a highly cross-functional organization. The internship is 20 hours per week for 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

    • Assist with accounting documents
    • Help completing 1099, W2, 3921 tax reports and processing department expenses
    • Work and assist with daily accounting functions, including revenue recognition support

Qualifications

    • Must be on-site in Playa Vista office throughout internship 
    • Have 3.0 GPA or higher
    • Be currently enrolled 3rd/4th-year undergraduate student
    • Be enrolled in Accounting, Finance, or Economics field of study
    • Be extremely passionate about online video, especially YouTube
    • Strong knowledge with Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Mac, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office
    • Willingness to go above and beyond to provide great work 
    • Superior communication skills as well as analytical
    • Be a self-starter with a strong desire to win and to grow personally and professionally
