Coordinator, Strategic Content Group

Fullscreen Media is seeking a detail oriented Coordinator with a passion for content strategy, social media, and branded entertainment to work with the SCG team at Fullscreen Media. This role is a delicate balance between account management/client service, content strategy, and a high volume of administrative work including; scheduling, travel, expenses, phone, and general coordination of the account team’s day-to-day responsibilities.


    • Provide administrative support for senior level executive on high volume desk
    • General administrative duties including phone, calendar, travel and expense management
    • Support account & project management, client service, and overall group initiatives
    • Coordinate and help to set cultural tone of the group through events, offsites, celebrations, recognition, and client interaction
    • Anticipate the needs of your direct manager, team members, clients and partners to provide a seamless and positive experience with Fullscreen Media
    • Build  decks and treatments (source great fonts, locate great images and build layout/template)
    • Proof group materials (decks, briefs, treatments, contracts) for accuracy
    • Be a hands-on member of the team in the development of content, strategy, and marketing programs
    • Apply all admin-related responsibilities to vendor and creator relationships 


    • Experience on a high-volume entertainment desk allowing very little margin for error
    • Experience in marketing and/or advertising at an agency (preferably in creative strategy and/or account management)
    • Experience with production and/or development (preferably in digital and/or branded entertainment)
    • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage a high level of tasks at once while working in a deadline-driven environment
    • Skilled in Keynote, expert in Microsoft Office suite and Google Drive
    • Experience managing expenses, booking/juggling complex travel scheduling and calendars
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Deep understanding of social media and the video entertainment landscape around Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
    • Deep understanding of talent/creators/influencers across the digital and  social landscape
    • Have a keen eye toward production and design aesthetic
    • Los Angeles/New York experience preferred; current LA local preferred
