Director, Content Analytics and Strategy

Fullscreen is looking for a Senior Manager or Director who will be responsible for supporting the
company's subscription video programming and marketing efforts through analytics. You will
work closely with our original programming, program planning, acquisitions, finance,
partnerships, and business intelligence teams to run behavioral analysis around content,
product changes, subscriber acquisition and retention. Candidate will also lend support for
forecasting, competitive analysis and deal evaluations.
This role helps to drive engagement across the platform and inform programming and business
decisions to create a first-class user experience for the Fullscreen audience. This includes
identifying areas of opportunity and implement performance tracking to ensure results. Clearly
communicating the opportunities and performance to all levels of the organization is essential
for success of this role.


    • Analyze data trends and key content metrics to make programming recommendations and
    • inform programming decisions
    • Manage small team to develop daily/monthly/quarterly performance reports & deliver actionable
    • insights gleaned from these reports
    • Evaluate past content performance and audience behavior across the service to help inform
    • forecasting and support KPI’s
    • Track programming initiatives and product testing in real time and make improvement
    • recommendations
    • Prepare valuation analyses to support content deal negotiations and strategy
    • Analyze market and competitor trends and various other industry projects
    • Create and present findings from analysis to executive teams


    • Minimum 5 years of experience as an analyst at an entertainment, digital media, consumer
    • brand, ad agency, finance, or consulting company
    • Experience tracking and analyzing audience behavior across multiple platforms
    • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret and summarize complex
    • data that drive actionable plans that add value to the business
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, familiarity with SQL, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics a huge
    • plus
    • Managing and overseeing work of other analysts while helping to develop their abilities
    • Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and results-oriented but still be an excellent
    • team player with a strong level of service
    • Detail-orientated and exceptional organizational skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the
    • organization

    • Understanding of digital video content, devices and subscription businesses
