Fullscreeen Media is seeking a Moderator to monitor and manage the social media channels for a major entertainment client. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Tumblr, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Snapchat and Facebook. You will be a part of a moderation team providing daily coverage during early, midday, evening and/or graveyard shifts. Thus, we’re looking for someone open and available to work odd/flexible hours. The moderation team will bring attention to negative comments that are posted, so it’s important you’re able to understand the language of online communities and decipher positive and negative feedback.You’ll also be expected, with training, to moderate any content that is not suitable to be posted on behalf of the brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Monitor posts mentioning the campaign title and/or referencing campaign properties
    • Moderate and publish all incoming Tweets and Instagram posts from the cast via Hootsuite
    • Be aware of all chat conversations with cast Snapchat accounts
    • Elevate questionable Tweets and Instagram posts to the account director and producers
    • Create a daily recap of the cast social media posts and sentiment
    • Monitor photos and videos uploaded to the cast Dropbox account and keep Dropbox organized
    • Identify best content to be used by the creative team
    • Collaborate with other Moderators to maintain consistent organization of assets
    • Assist in pulling or compiling data from the cast social media accounts
    • Work closely with the entire team to:Elevate any cast issues [You’re not responsible for engaging directly with them]
    • Elevate any communication from the cast via cast email accounts
    • Elevate best Tweets to be RT’d to the campaign title and account or that may be used for creative
    • Inform the team daily of all trends, storylines and key incidents
    • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

    • Understanding of online trends, memes and slang
    • Ability to use social media platforms natively and use tools such as Tweetdeck to monitor posts as they are submitted
    • Competence and confidence working individually
    • Interested and passionate about social media marketing
