Director, Integrated Marketing

We are looking for a Director, Integrated Marketing who will lead a team and play a critical role in developing custom, story-led marketing solutions to create breakthrough programs for our clients. They will be responsible for working in collaboration with the creative, talent, events and social teams to create content solutions that deliver on our clients’ core communication objectives and are deeply rooted in consumer insights. They are also responsible for the development of cross platform content programs in the Entertainment vertical and strategic west coast clients driving sales revenue for Fortune 500 clients.
The ideal candidate will have a background working in branded entertainment and event activations with a deep understanding of the entertainment (Studio/TV) landscape and a passion for and knowledge of social video specifically across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat. A successful candidate must be confident interfacing with individuals of all levels, both internally and externally, leading internal brainstorms and working in a fast-paced environment that often involves juggling multiple priorities. This role is based in Los Angeles, CA.


    • Supervise integrated marketing staff who focus on entertainment, event sponsorships and manage day-to-day workload of the team, including brainstorming, proposal strategy and talent negotiations
    • Work closely with Senior Director, Integrated Marketing to strategize best in class marketing strategies, pitches, and category presentations
    • Develop custom marketing ideas in response to RFPs and on a pro-active basis using innovative digital solutions and leveraging the Fullscreen audience and creators with a specific focus on the entertainment, events and strategic west coast accounts
    • Participate and lead daily brainstorming sessions with sales, creative, and account management teams to build client solutions
    • Maintain an in-depth working knowledge of the Fullscreen Creators, audience, and products
    • Partner with Fullscreen talent to create ground-breaking custom content programming
    • Develop category positioning, presentations, & partnerships for assigned category verticals
    • Develop stellar presentations which clearly communicate marketing strategy and campaign ideas
    • Partner with Sales to pitch programs to clients
    • Develop overall marketing strategy for entertainment (studio/tv)
    • Stay on top of industry trends, events, new technologies, unique opportunities
    • Take responsibility for project timelines and program deadlines
    • Ensure that all projects are executable within or under budget
    • Partner with the activation team to smoothly transition and kick off content programs
    • Train new Integrated Marketing strategists 


    • 7+ years of building cross-platform digital marketing programs
    • Excellent copywriting and proposal writing skills
    • Experience managing a team
    • Stellar interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
    • Strong content / creative development experience
    • Strategic, creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into holistic social content programs
    • Excellent writing and presentation skills – both in structure and content
    • Strong attention to detail, organized and good management skills
    • Must be a self-starter
    • High energy individual who thrives in a fast paced environment
    • Ability to work well with different personalities and within a team setting
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
