An Associate Director of Accounts is responsible for maintaining client relationships that lead to further business opportunities for Fullscreen. They are responsible for training their direct reports on how to manage their accounts. They will work with their Senior Account Manager to author all client requested scopes and look for opportunities to upsell and innovate on behalf of the client’s needs.
Work to find the balance between the day-to-day client relationship, slowly moving those responsibilities over to a Sr. AM or AM. Maintain enough contact to still be able to manage client concerns and renewal/add on conversations.
Understand and be able to speak to the services FS offers, and identify new opportunities for current accounts.
Regularly identify opportunities to innovate on behalf of the client’s creative scope
Oversee & lead all pitches (proactive & upsells) within their assigned clients
Uphold Fullscreen’s commitment to data-driven creative through working with the creative and strategy teams in conjunction.
Act as a culture-carrier for the account team, participating in and planning team events.
Proactively build positive relationships with peers across Publishing (including Media), Strategy, Studio, Production, etc
Identify tangible goals for the internal team members and projects, learning how to take our team to the next level.
Work with Operations team to submit all scopes & budgets within appropriate timeline
Training team members to assume accounts responsibilities.
Author all scopes according to client requests
Approve all project and campaign analytics before sent to clients.
Work closely with creative to ensure creative meets client's objectives.

Being nimble and demonstrating flexibility, redefining and communicating project scope of work, assigned tasks, and deliverables for the team based on changing client need/deadlines.
