eCommerce Production & Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for an eCommerce Production & Supply Chain Manager who will be responsible for logistics, inventory management and merchandise sourcing for eCommerce. The ideal candidate would have a passion for and knowledge of digital entertainment and the world of social media influencers. The candidate would also have a proven track record of superior performance to support and fulfill the strategic objectives of a highly cross-functional organization. We are a start-up department where everyone is scrappy, wears many hats, and we’re looking for the same in everyone we hire to the team.


    • Manage the daily production, purchase orders, and inventory responsibilities
    • Manage monthly and quarterly accounts payable and accounts receivables process with internal teams; ensuring timely payouts with vendors and clients
    • Communicate daily with vendors, print-houses, fulfillment centers, and factories to ensure outstanding issues are addressed and orders are being produced to approval standards
    • Track shipments from vendor, to print-houses to distribution center
    • Analyze test, quality, delivery and cost reports, making recommendations and communicate exceptions to management and vendors
    • Analyze and provide inventory recommendations based on actual sales, shipments, and receipts
    • Communicate with internal customer support team on production shipment dates, potential issues that arise around orders, stock-outs, and damages
    • Assist the Merchandising team with identifying and selecting brand-right products for the eCommerce customer bases
    • Supporting the eCommerce front-end team with product knowledge, inventory levels of blanks and other products, status updates on logistics, and lead times


    • 2+ years experience in inventory planning, production, and/or merchandising; eCommerce and/or tour merchandising is a plus
    • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
    • Experience negotiating and working with overseas factories
    • Experience setting up eCommerce logistics
    • Knowledge of shipping/receiving functions and inventory control
    • Superior organization and time management skills
    • Ability to multitask and complete tasks according to deadlines
    • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
