We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will be working with and learning from the Sales team. The ideal candidate would have a passion for and deep knowledge of the social web including YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Vine, and SnapChat, digital entertainment and the world of social media influencers. The candidate would also have a proven track record of administrative experience to support and fulfill the strategic objectives of a highly cross-functional organization. 

Responsibilities

    • Manage and create client databases
    • Orchestrate client outings
    • Research client data, social accounts, press releases, etc
    • Input data in Salesforce and other internal work flow systems
    • Competitive research
    • Monitor client videos on YouTube, Vine, Facebook, Twitter, etc
    • Watch Fullscreen influencer videos and help market talent
    • Assist in call preparation and other administrative duties

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Experience with PowerPoint, Keynote, Word, and Excel
    • Ability to professionally communicate via phone, email, text message, and in person
    • Demonstrated ability to think outside of the box and be solutions oriented
    • Flexibility to handle changing market conditions and workload under tight deadlines
    • Well-organized, highly self-motivated, optimistic and positive attitude
    • Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide range of personality types
    • Strong analytical, research skills required
    • Enjoys working in a high intensity environment
