We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of high quality projects to meet established business requirements.  This person should be a really great critical thinker, who has shown he or she can manage the unknown.
 
Responsibilities
·      Have the ability to “know all the things” by consistently keeping your ear to the ground and checking in regularly with all team members to ensure positive workflow
·      Have a true voice in leading the team to completion of project materials via co-owning production meetings and keeping team members accountable for their owned tasks
·      Work hand in hand with the account team to ensure that client needs are met & projects are moving forward as planned
·      Develop realistic timelines for all aspects of Hello Lab programming
·      Ensure that all new requests have an action item assigned to a member of team with clear deadline
·      Own and execute all to-do lists, project management tools, and project calendars
·      Advise team on upcoming deadlines, elevating unanswered client requests, and elevating projects that are waiting on information/assets for completion
·      Take notes in meetings to assure teams are on same page
·      Lead team in file and asset Organization efforts (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc).
·      Help to ensure safety and security for all assets (e.g., shared links, Google docs)
·      Exhibit excellence, attention to detail, and problem-solving
·      Demonstrate personal motivation to learn and master all things related to advertising, social media, and marketing strategy
·      Create solutions for more efficient assignment of tasks, processes and communication
·      Perform all tasks, as guided by Director, to ensure the success of the campaign work
·      Keen understanding of programming and assets attached / timing
Qualifications
·      2-4+ years of progressive experience in a technology or internet oriented project management or producer role
·      Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, always evolving workplace
·      Strong working knowledge of project management tools
·      Proven track record of leading teams and projects to successful completion
·      Impeccable communication skills in all areas
·      Analytical problem solver with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risk
