Fullscreen’s Finance team is seeking a Director, Finance to support our Brandworks team. Fullscreen Brandworks is a fast-paced, rapidly growing division of more than 300 professionals serving the marketing, advertising and strategy needs of leading Brands and Agencies across the country. We are looking for an experienced finance professional and strategic thinker who will partner with the Fullscreen Brandworks executive team in a high visibility role. You will work closely with senior business leaders to drive key decisions across the business unit including hiring, expansion plans, budgeting and revenue planning. You will also partner with the business and accounting teams to improve reporting for the business and ensure the timely delivery of key performance indicators to the executive team. As a critical member of the Fullscreen Finance team, you will play a key role in managing long term financial models, developing scenarios and forecasts and supporting high-profile, high-impact growth initiatives for the company. The ideal candidate would have a passion for and knowledge of digital media and the world of social media. The candidate would also have a proven track record of successful financial planning support and a strong interest in providing a highly operational brand of finance support to help fulfill the strategic objectives of a cross-functional organization.

Reporting to the VP, Finance  & Strategy within the finance organization, you will:


    • Drive all operational and financial planning efforts to reach and exceed division targets (clients, revenue, profit)
    • Help build overall analytical and business intelligence capabilities supporting business growth
    • Regularly develop analyses and reports on relevant operating and financial metrics in an easy-to-understand format to senior business leaders
    • Own the consolidated financial model, annual budgeting and five-year planning processes and deliverables for your businesses
    • Analyze market and competitor trends and support various industry research initiatives
    • Create management presentation decks for Board meetings and other deliverables partnering with the parent company Finance team
    • Work with other Fullscreen Finance team members to run and improve revenue modeling, pipelining, pricing, and reporting
    • Assess and participate in client planning and pricing discussions
    • Track and report actuals against plan on a monthly and quarterly basis, working with business leads and other Fullscreen Finance leads,  and partnering with the Accounting team
    • Maintain detailed budgets and forecasts for KPIs, P&Ls, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow and supporting analytics including variance analyses
    • Support weekly dashboarding
    • Support compensation planning working with Human Resources 


    • 7+ years progressive finance experience with a preference for experience in operations finance, corporate development or strategy roles at a Fortune 500 firm, leading media / content agency, digital entertainment company, investment bank, or consulting firm
    • Exceptional financial modeling skills
    • Strong understanding of and experience with building operations finance processes supporting multiple lines of business and customers at various levels e.g. line of business leads, Executive team, Board of Directors, parent company
    • Stellar MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
    • A thorough understanding of quantitative and qualitative financial analysis
    • Exceptional verbal / written communication skills
    • Ability to ask—and answer—meaningful and impactful questions
    • Ability to work independently and change directions as needed
    • Comfortable working in a supercharged environment, taking initiative and managing multiple projects at once
    • Ability to work collaboratively to drive cross-functional execution on business unit goals
    • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, with a formidable attention to detail


    • Prior work experience in video, other digital media business models
    • CPA or MBA
    • ERP experience (Netsuite) or similar
