As the Talent & Culture Business Partner (TCBP) you will be an integral part of creating a culture of performance and excellence, partnering with the Distribution Operations client group to support both leaders and team mates in all functions related to Human resources.

This position is available to residents of Arizona, Pennsylvania, Kansas and Virginia

What you'll do:

    • Act as a strategic partner to our largest client group - Distribution Operations - by providing Talent & Culture (T&C) guidance and support including the following: HR policies, New hires, terminations, Promotions and transfers Solving complex employee relations issues, Conducting effective and thorough investigations 

    • Work closely with the T&C leadership team to identify HR-related issues and opportunities for improvement
    • Develop and drive the implementation of T&C strategies and initiatives that align with the business priorities and goals of Fullscript; establish and track key performance indicators to measure progress and success.
    • Collaborate with the T&C team to design and implement performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
    • Partner with Total Rewards to administer compensation programs and benefits packages
    • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to design and deliver training programs to support employee development.
    • Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching)
    • Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
    • Collaborate with Engagement Committee to plan and roll out opportunities for increasing live connections at the Distribution centers work
    • Provide guidance and support on T&C compliance issues, including but not limited to FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEOC regulations.
    • Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and industry trends to ensure the organization is competitive in the market

What you bring to the table:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing, retail, or large distribution environment
    • Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

    • This position is based in the United States and while the majority of work will be done remotely from home, we do require some travel to physical office locations (in Canada and US) and distribution facilities from time to time.
