The Marketing Automation Manager role is critical to fuelling Fullscripts marketing efforts. This role is responsible for owning the implementation and ongoing innovation of Fullscript’s marketing automation tools. This role is responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and optimization of automated marketing campaigns. As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will manage enhancing our marketing efforts through innovative use of technology and data-driven strategies. This position reports into the Director of Marketing Operations and will work closely and collaboratively with multiple departments. Help us expand our reach through optimized technology.

What You'll Do:

    • Build/Review/QA net new Iterable journeys and segmentations.
    • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.
    • Maintain a marketing database with accurate segmentation to target campaigns effectively.
    • Stay up-to-date with latest marketing automation trends and ever-changing best practices, while continuously improving and testing new strategies and tools.
    • Train and support marketing team members on the use of marketing automation software and best practices.
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain the integrity of customer data.
    • Manage the relationship with Iterable.
    • Oversee and manage contract renewals & uplift, including monitoring usage.
    • Manage improvements roadmap and make informed prioritization decisions based on cross functional conversations & overall business goals.
    • Scope and approve 2-3 months of engineering work at a time. 
    • Ensure each line of data being passed through to Iterable in an event has a use case. Connect with marketing stakeholders on current use cases, when required.
    • Investigate Customer Support questions related to communications that go out through Iterable. Liaise with data or engineering teams and other stakeholders as required.
    • Own and assist testing new channels within Iterable and other marketing stack tools (i.e. Push notifications, SMS).
    • Design, build, and troubleshoot dynamic logic.
    • Build templates and assist colleagues with proper formatting. 
    • Manage all communications for full-funnel or overlap funnel stages (i.e. surveys, monthly Brand Spotlight and occasional brand promos, recalls, company wide season promos including Black Friday Cyber Monday, forgot password, login from somewhere new etc).

What You Bring to the Table:

    • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working within Iterable and other marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Hubspot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
    • Expertise with data modeling and segmentation strategies.
    • Experience with A/B testing, message personalization, and optimization for conversion rates.
    • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to report on and interpret data then translate it to actionable changes.
    • Strong technical background with expertise in logic and problem-solving skills.
    • Deep knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance with GDPR, Can-Spam, CASL, CCPA, and HIPAA.
    • Ability to train and lead team members on the use of marketing automation software and best practices.
    • Bias for action and making things better than how you found them.
    • Systems-thinker.
