We are looking to hire a skilled technical sourcer to assist with the sourcing and hiring of candidates for specialized technical positions. In this role, you will source and interact with potential candidates online, develop talent pipelines, conduct initial candidate screenings, and set up interviews. You may also be required to manage the candidate database and record hiring conversion rates.
To ensure success as a technical sourcer, you should have detailed knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, excellent communication skills, and good interviewing skills. A skilled technical sourcer will be able to source the perfect candidate for positions that are often hard to fill.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with recruiters and sales to define and understand roles and client value proposition.
- Identify, engage, qualify, and manage candidates across a variety of roles.
- Strategically plan and build pipeline for hard-to-fill roles utilizing leading-edge sourcing strategies to engage with premier talent.
- Use data and tools to continuously improve the overall effectiveness and share learnings and techniques with the rest of the team.
- Support additional recruiting team initiatives as needed.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry.
What We're Looking For:
- You have a minimum of 1 year of experience sourcing and hiring mid-level and senior software engineers in Latin America experienced in modern open-source technologies.
- Represent the FSL brand and recruiting team internally and externally.
- Experience with online and offline recruiting techniques.
- Knowledge of various sourcing and recruiting techniques.
- You possess a passion for helping people find jobs and companies find great technical talent.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
- Problem-Solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Possess a growth mindset to be open to learning in a changing environment.
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills in English.

- A four-year college degree is required.
- You have Advanced English skills.
