The Position:

      FullStack is actively seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Engineer with hands-on experience in myTrailhead to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in creating innovative training content solutions on the Salesforce learning platform, myTrailhead.

Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for custom solutions on the Salesforce platform that utilizes myTrailhead functionality.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop engaging training content on the myTrailhead platform.
    • Leverage your myTrailhead expertise to create interactive modules, quizzes, and assessments that enhance the learning experience.
    • Maintain and enhance existing myTrailhead solutions to ensure they meet evolving business needs.
    • Develop and maintain documentation related to the Salesforce myTrailhead solutions and processes.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and developments, including new features and functionality related to myTrailhead.
    • Integrate myTrailhead with other Salesforce applications and external systems to create a seamless training ecosystem.
    • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and user-friendliness of developed training solutions.

Requirements:

    • 4+ years of Proven experience as a Salesforce Engineer.
    • Extensive experience working with myTrailhead platform.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration.
    • Deep understanding of myTrailhead functionality, features, and customization capabilities.
    • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, are a plus.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
