The Position:

      FullStack is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive who will support the company's global business and revenue objectives. This role will involve both hunting and gathering while developing a portfolio of strategic accounts. This role will report to the VP of Sales and be accountable for hitting revenue targets from new target accounts, traveling onsite, and forecasting/achieving growth revenue targets. 

Main Activities:

    • Conduct in-depth research on prospects along with using sales tools and CRM(HubSpot) to contact and convert leads into clients.
    • Doing outbound prospecting efforts to develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and new clients.
    • Work internally with the management team, sales development representatives(SDRs), customer success managers(CSMs), and delivery teams to ensure proper quality and quantity of presentations and account execution.
    • Have a robust understanding of solutions-selling, and how to navigate the deal cycle of professional services(staff-augmentation)
    • Present, promote, and sell services leveraging Fullstack’s value proposition to existing and prospective customers.
    • Accountable for forecasting targets and obtaining revenue quotas.
    • Identify and attend strategic events such as networking, conferences, conventions, etc. and be able to demonstrate results from such efforts 

What We’re Looking For:

    • Proven work experience in a relevant field, such as an Account Executive with a software development consulting firm, staffing firm, or recruiting firm.
    • Must be highly motivated, flexible, and service-oriented.
    • Must be familiar with CRM practices (Hubspot is our preferred tool), along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
    • Goal-oriented, driven and experienced in networking with and influencing decision-makers.
    • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
    • Thorough understanding of best sales practices and negotiating techniques.
    • Experience in opening doors to new opportunities.
    • Fast learner and passionate for sales.
    • A network of potential clients in the IT industry or other verticals is a big plus.
    • Advanced English level.
