The Position:

      We are looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in HubSpot CRM to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our go-to-market function by optimizing processes, managing data within the HubSpot CRM platform, and providing valuable insights to enhance our GTM strategies. This role requires a proactive and analytical individual with a deep understanding of HubSpot CRM functionalities and a passion for leveraging data to drive business growth.

What We're Looking For:

      CRM Management:
    • Administer and maintain the HubSpot CRM system ensuring it effectively captures customer interactions and data.
    • Monitor and manage data quality within the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
    • Customize and configure CRM systems and integrations based on evolving company needs.
    • Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and completeness within HubSpot.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track and measure performance metrics, providing valuable insights to leadership
    • Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders to improve customer engagement, sales processes, and business strategies.
    • Analyze company performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings to our GTM teams.
    • User Training & Support:
    • Provide training and support to CRM users to ensure optimal utilization of the system.
    • Develop and maintain training documentation and user manuals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce data entry best practices.
    • Process Optimization:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the CRM system and propose solutions to improve productivity and revenue generation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and enhance GTM processes using data-driven insights.
    • Implement automation strategies to boost the efficiency of GTM operations.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as needed.
    • Requirements:
    • Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on utilizing HubSpot CRM for data analysis and reporting.
    • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM functionalities, data management, and reporting capabilities.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience with HubSpot CRM; certification is a plus.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and strong problem-solving skills.
    • Prior experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in the software consulting, IT staffing, or IT recruiting industry. 
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
