The position:

      We're seeking an exceptional Senior IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team at FullStack. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in sourcing and hiring top-tier software engineers proficient in a diverse range of open-source technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a talented team, contributing to the growth and success of our company.As a Senior IT Recruiter at FullStack you will:
    • Source highly skilled software engineers with expertise in various open-source technologies.
    • Conduct thorough phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for interviews.
    • Perform comprehensive in-depth interviews to effectively evaluate and shortlist candidates.
    • Administer and oversee technical assessments to gauge candidates' technical proficiency.
    • Create and send job offers.
    • Engage actively in standups with the hiring, sales, and management teams.
    • Take charge of sourcing and recruiting software engineers, ensuring a seamless hiring process.

What We are looking for:

    • Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in sourcing and hiring Mid-level and Senior software engineers, particularly within the US (experience in Latin America is a plus).
    • Demonstrate exceptional representation of the FullStack brand and recruiting team internally and externally.
    • Exhibit expertise in contemporary open-source technologies encompassing frontend, backend, full-stack, etc.
    • Proven track record in sourcing highly talented software engineers for challenging and specialized positions.
    • You speak and write English fluently.
    • You have a positive attitude and a tireless work ethic.
    • Strong organizational, presenting, and problem-solving skills.
    • You're upbeat and energetic and excited to come to work each day.
    • You can consistently work 40 hours per week.
