The Position:

      FullStack is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Delivery to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will boast a proven track record in spearheading and managing software engineering projects, with a keen emphasis on project delivery, team collaboration, and client satisfaction. In the capacity of Director of Delivery, you will play a vital role in supervising the successful execution of various initiatives, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines, and nurturing a collaborative and thriving project environment.

Responsibilities:

      Strategic Project Leadership & Growth:
    • Provide visionary leadership, set clear goals, and establish performance metrics to propel the growth and success of FullStack projects staffing.
    • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meeting quality standards.
    • Utilize Agile methodologies and effective project management techniques for planning, roadmapping, and budgeting, identifying gaps, and removing blockers.
    • Client Interaction:
    • Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, subject matter experts, and product designers to understand complex business logic and translate requirements into actionable plans.
    • Nurture and expand client relationships by delivering exceptional value and fostering long-term partnerships.
    • Oversee client engagements, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery within budget constraints.
    • Allocate resources effectively, manage project timelines, and ensure adherence to project plans and milestones.
    • Technical Expertise:
    • Apply robust technical acumen in both backend and frontend programming languages, such as Node.js, Java, Python, .Net, React, or similar, to enhance project success and ensure alignment with best practices and industry standards.
    • Evaluate candidates and play a key role in selecting and building teams based on project specifications. 

What We're Looking For:

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing software delivery projects.
    • Proven experience in Agile methodologies, team management, and project management.
    • Strong technical background in both backend and frontend programming languages.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • High level of ownership.
    • Forensic attention to detail.
