The Position:
FullStack Labs is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will support the company's global business and revenue objectives and be a leader of a team that supports a group of strategic accounts. This role will support a sales representative in managing and developing a portfolio of accounts, staffing key roles, and managing the overall status of accounts to ensure comprehensive coverage of FullStack’s clients. This role will report to the VP of sales and be accountable for staffing roles, managing an ongoing relationship with clients, and achieving a team revenue goal.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Working with a dedicated group of accounts, and maintaining/growing relationships with key stakeholders
- Working with sales representatives, customer success, and account development representatives to develop account strategies and build account plans, identify growth strategies and the requirements to achieve them, and support staff headcount requirements
- Work with the Customer Success team to manage and visualize data around account performance, identify opportunities and risks, and be a supporting force in the go-to-market function
- Acting as a liaison between our clients/their needs and our internal recruiting and staffing teams
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize clients’ need and communication, and ensure timely, accurate, and smooth delivery and communication
- Navigating a startup environment that requires a dedicated focus on execution and an ability to prioritize impactful actions
- Open to some travel to key stakeholders/clients
What We're Looking For:
- Background/experience in tech industry
- 4+ years of experience in direct client support, sales, recruitment, and/or client and account management
- Strong communication skills and comfortable being client-facing (both async and in person)
- Proven success with account management (developing them and identifying opportunities)
- Ability to operate and manage time independently
- Strong organizational, presenting, and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities as well as client service
- Team player, comfortable managing relationships both internally and externally
- Data-driven mindset
- Experience in and/or familiarity with professional services is a plus
