The role

As a hands-on Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of the lead generation pipeline, campaigns, ABM strategy and work closely with Revenue & Client teams to manage the promotion and positioning of the brand and products. You’ll also be designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to engage and retain existing customers and prospects throughout all stages of the customer journey.

What you'll be working on

    • You'll work closely with the Sales & Partnership teams to develop Marketing strategies that drive GTM campaigns 
    • You'll develop & manage Marketing initiatives such as webinars, case studies podcasts and blog content while putting your creative stamp on them
    • You'll curate Marketing campaigns to maximise lead generation and brand awareness
    • You'll run and develop our events, conferences and awards strategy 
    • You'll collaborate with the Head of Client Services and manage and evolve targeted client communication 
    • You'll work with the our Product team to roll out and facilitate adoption of new product and features
    • You'll develop of marketing collateral that supports our inbound & outbound strategies 
    • You'll work on PR/communication strategy with the Head of Marketing
    • You'll drive and experiment with new marketing channels to increase inbound lead generation

What you'll bring to the team

    • B2B software or SaaS marketing skills 
    • Experience in a start up or scale up marketing team 
    • Exposure to events, digital and content/product marketing
    • An ability to GSD while focussing on key priorities
    • Phenomenal attention to detail (our CEO can spot a typo from 36,000ft)
    • Be ready to lead, challenge and own
    • Able to learn from both your successes and failures
    • Excited about using data to make decisions

Bonus points

    • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
    • Google Analytics + Paid Search + SEO skills
    • Unwavering hatred of marketing cliches

Salary: £60,000-75,000 per annum dependent on skill and experience.
