An experienced and accomplished growth marketer with deep experience in search platforms to lead the strategy and execution of scaling our in-house SEM efforts, and contribute to our growth marketing efforts overall  Sound like you? Let’s meet.

As Our Paid Search Lead, You’ll...

    • Own paid search as a channel, from strategic planning through tactical execution, within the goals of our marketing efforts overall.
    • Work cross functionally with our product, engineering and sales team to optimize the signup funnel.
    • Experiment with new tactics and channels that you think can move the needle within and beyond Search Engine Marketing for Fundera.
    • Establish effective reporting and analytics for you channel(s) and help us make informed decisions in our paid marketing efforts overall.
    • Recommend and pursue shifts in strategy that could differentiate Fundera from our competitors.

You’ll Need to Have…

    • 5+ years experience in digital/growth marketing, with significant experience in SEM.
    • Proven skills in PPC optimization techniques (ROI / CPA / CPL / Impression Share).
    • Direct experience in managing large scale, complex paid search campaigns.
    • Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Google Analytics and search engine platforms.
    • A technical and analytical mindset, and be willing to dive into the weeds of what we need to do to continue hitting aggressive ROI and Growth goals.
