About the Role
Fun.xyz is looking for our first in-house recruiter to own and evolve our talent acquisition strategy as we scale. As a high-growth startup in the Web3 and crypto space, we’re looking for someone who understands the pace, nuance, and ambition required to build elite teams.
You will partner closely with leadership to identify and attract top-tier talent across engineering, product, and business functions — especially candidates who are deeply aligned with the crypto-native ethos. This is a high-impact role with broad scope, from refining our hiring processes and employer brand to hands-on sourcing and closing of candidates.

What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruiting for priority roles across all departments, with an emphasis on technical and crypto-native candidates
- Build and maintain a high-performing pipeline through creative sourcing, outbound outreach, and networking in the Web3 community
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, design interview processes, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience
- Elevate Fun.xyz’s employer brand through targeted campaigns, events, and community engagement in the crypto ecosystem
- Analyze pipeline data and iterate on recruiting strategies to drive efficiency and quality of hire
- Stay informed about market trends, compensation benchmarks, and top talent movements in Web3
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on Web3 and/or Crypto
- Deep understanding of the crypto landscape and where talent resides
- Strong sourcing and closing skills, especially for hard-to-reach or passive candidates
- Highly organized and proactive, with a bias toward action and a builder’s mindset
- Experience working in or with startups and comfort with ambiguity and speed
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent Fun.xyz’s mission and culture to prospective candidates
