About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Product Designer to help define and craft the user experience of the future of crypto payments. As a member of our small, fast-moving design team, you’ll partner directly with our world-leading Head of Design, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to shape intuitive, and delightful experiences in both web2 and web3 environments.
Your work will sit at the intersection of design, motion, systems thinking, and user psychology—bringing visual clarity and usability to an industry historically defined by complexity.
What You'll Do
- Design intuitive and engaging flows for web3 payments, onboarding, transaction history, and integrations
- Work closely with frontend engineers and users alike to bring your designs to life with motion, responsiveness, and polish
- Evolve and expand our design system to scale across products, states, and use cases
- Apply systems thinking to ensure design quality and consistency in a fast-paced development environment
- Leverage motion and interaction to craft delightful moments that enhance usability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready designs
- Champion user-centric principles while embracing the novel interaction paradigms of blockchain technology
- Balance creative exploration with pragmatic product decisions to drive measurable outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of experience in product or interaction design
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality UI design, product thinking, and interaction patterns
- Experience working with component-based design systems (Figma, Storybook, or similar)
- Strong understanding of motion design principles and how animation enhances UX
- Familiarity with front-end engineering principles and the ability to collaborate deeply with dev teams
- Experience designing for responsive web apps, mobile, or cross-platform environments
- High comfort level working with ambiguous requirements and iterating quickly
- Exceptional attention to visual detail, layout, and typography
- Passion for designing beautiful, usable digital products that solve real user needs
- Strong communication skills—able to clearly explain decisions and bring stakeholders along
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in web3, fintech, or crypto products
- Familiarity with engineering tools and frameworks such as React, TypeScript, SCSS, or CSS ModulesExperience building and scaling design systems in fast-growing product teams
- Motion design implementation via prototyping tools or working directly with engineers
- Prior work in startup environments with a strong execution bias
- Development of custom tooling or Figma plugins to enhance design-engineering workflows
- Contributions to open-source design systems, frameworks, or librariesExperience running focus groups and user testing to iterate towards intuition
