About this Role

We don’t want this to be a typical sales role. As a founding member of the sales team at Future, you’ll be critical in testing our go to market strategies, continually learning and refining them, and providing insight to our product, marketing, and operations teams based on customer/prospect interactions. Working directly with our Head of Sales, you’ll contribute to building Future’s B2B and partnership channel during a pivotal growth period for our company.


    • Build out ideal customer profile lists by adding new contacts and accounts using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and
    • Outbound lead generation including conducting account research, prospect research, and reaching out to prospects via email, phone/video, and social media messaging
    • Qualify prospects that are are generated from outbound strategies or are inbound via marketing campaigns
    • Continually build, release and adjust outreach campaigns based on effectiveness, sentiment, and feedback
    • Analyze territories and accounts based on ideal customer profile and user/buyer roles (user, buyer, blocker etc.)
    • Collaborate with Head of Sales on outbound strategies and qualifying methodologies
    • Grow sales pipeline and meet quarterly goals
    • Manage early stage pipeline in Salesforce

Desired Skills & Experience:

    • Previous experience as a AE/SDR/BDR - 1-3 years preferred
    • Consistently meet/exceed lead quotas within specified time frames
    • Working knowledge of, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Previous experience in B2B software sales
    • Ability to demonstrate successfully working remote
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience
