About the Role

As a Product Manager at Future, you are responsible for making sure that we build and execute on projects that will deliver the most impact to Future's success. You work closely with design, data, and engineering teams to ensure projects are properly prioritized, scoped, and smoothly executing. You embed yourself with our members and coaches to collect feedback and identify opportunities for improvement. You lead with the needs of our members and can balance that with the needs of our coaches and the economics of our business. You work with key stakeholders and the Head of Product to ensure the roadmap for your area of responsibility is clear and agreed upon. You are always on the lookout for new and novel ways to bring Future's mission to life!

Responsibilities

    • Carry out thorough customer research to understand consumer needs
    • Maintain a detailed understanding of performance team needs within the product
    • Develop, communicate and drive forward a product vision and strategy based on research
    • Design and prioritize projects using that vision and strategy
    • Build a clear product roadmap for projects that clearly outlines key metrics
    • Create and convey project goals, requirements, and constraints at a team level
    • Work cross-functionally to execute on project goals
    • Focus on shaping the product development process as the company scales

Qualifications

    • At least 3 years of product management experience
    • A track record of execution and delivering results
    • A customer-oriented approach and an eye for detail
    • An intuitive grasp of our customers, coaches, and overall business needs
    • Extremely proactive and able to get things across the finish line
    • Excellent organization and prioritization skills
    • Experience successfully working in cross-functional teams
    • Data-oriented decision making 
    • Able to shine in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
