We are looking for an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Analyst to be a thought leader within the company, own the end-to-end analytical workstreams, and provide data-driven insights and decisions to empower business growth.

You will:

    • Partner cross-functionally with our Marketing team and Head of Growth to manage end-to-end analytics and drive key decisions around strategy and execution
    • Own and maintain full-funnel analytics by channel; build data pipelines between third-party marketing channels and internal databases; implement complex data structures and ensure data collection and integrity is maintained to provide 100% transparency over user behavior
    • Conduct quantitative analysis of data to uncover nuanced and actionable insights for ongoing business or specific campaigns to inform marketing strategy
    • Design, build, and own foundational reporting infrastructure that drive data-informed decisions and reporting on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly cadence
    • Collaborate with the Marketing team to design rigorous marketing experiments and analyze test results

You have:

    • 4+ years working in a marketing analytics role
    • An ability to thrive in a fast-based and dynamic environment
    • Strong analytical skills with experience writing and optimizing SQL queries, and working with large data sets (Python or R is a plus)
    • Experience with attribution methodologies (e.g., last touch, multi-touch) and ability to build custom attribution models / partner with 3rd party measurement tools
    • Experience with marketing technology including tag management, mobile measurement platforms (MMP), web measurement, and cross-platform measurement and analysis
    • A mastery of web and app technology: cookies, SDKs, pixels, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 360 and the privacy regulations that impact them (GDPR, ATT)
    • A deep understanding of how digital / performance / brand / offline marketing channels operate and experience working performance-oriented marketing teams
