The Director of Marketing will be responsible for creating, implementing, and executing FWF brand expansion through brand management, marketing initiatives, new talent outreach, and company communication.

Responsibilities
Brand Development
· Develop and maintain the brand identity of the company
· Create marketing materials, including brochures, one-pagers, and presentations
· Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications

Digital Marketing and Content Creation
· Execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers
· Manage social media accounts and create content to increase brand awareness and engage with FWF audiences
· Manage the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines
· Produce high-quality content such as blog posts, articles, and case studies relevant to the transportation/3PL industry
· Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop informative and engaging content for both internal and external audiences

Internal Communications
· Create comprehensive internal communication strategy to ensure effective communication within the organization, aligning with the company's goals and objectives
· Collaborate with People Team to develop and implement initiatives that foster employee engagement, such as surveys, feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and employee appreciation events
· Collaborate with department leaders to identify opportunities for improved communication and develop scalable processes to optimize communication
· Keep company employees informed on pertinent information such as upcoming initiatives, events, market insights, and changes within the organization

Event Marketing
· Identify relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows for participation and sponsorship
· Collaborate with sales leadership to coordinate logistics for company attendance at events, including all necessary marketing materials and employee travel requirements
· Maximize opportunities for networking and lead generation at events

Preferred Qualifications
·Bachelors degree
·3+ years experience in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans
·Account-based marketing experience
·3PL/logistics industry experience

·Proficient in Microsoft Office
·Displays complete understanding of FWF branding, vision, and goals
·Proven ability to collaborate and foster new ideas to enhance company brand expansion
·Proficient written and verbal communicator
