Terms - "If employed by Galatea Associates, I agree to provide copies of university transcript(s) and diplomas and, upon request, agree to provide permission to Galatea to independently obtain transcripts. In addition, I understand that as part of Galatea’s hiring procedure, an investigative report about my criminal and credit background will be made. Further, in compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States or United Kingdom and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document forms upon hire if applicable. For US employees, employment authorization will be then validated via the E-Verify program. Upon written request, I can obtain further information about the nature and scope of this inquiry. I understand that reference inquiries made by Galatea may not be limited to only the reference names that I have provided. I understand that employment with Galatea Associates is contingent upon several factors, including satisfactory information from a background and reference check. All representations by me in this data sheet are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief, and I have not knowingly omitted any related information of an adverse nature. Inaccurate information may make me ineligible for employment. Nothing in any firm document or writing creates a contract for a specific term of employment.
