The Associate Manager, Paid Social plays a vital role in the development and execution of high-impact paid social media campaigns for a range of clients. This individual will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager, providing support in strategic planning, campaign management, and team leadership. They will demonstrate a strong understanding of paid social platforms, audience targeting, and analytics while contributing to the overall success of the Paid Media team.

What you do -

1. Build comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with client objectives, budgets, and KPIs.
2. Execute paid social campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including ad creation, targeting, and bidding.
3. Actively monitor campaign performance, make data-driven optimizations, and troubleshoot issues.
Client & Team Collaboration:
4. Participate in client and internal meetings, presenting campaign plans, results, and recommendations clearly and professionally.
5. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, offering support and training.
6. Assist the Senior Manager in managing team workloads and resource allocation.
7. Analytical Expertise - Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
8. Prepare clear and insightful reports for both clients and internal teams.
9. Industry Awareness. Stay current on the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
10. Experience with A/B testing and optimization methodologies.
11. Experience in running high intensity awareness and conversion campaigns
12. Familiarity with social media listening and sentiment analysis tools.
13. Working knowledge of design or video editing software is a plus.
 
Who you are -

1. 4-6 years of experience in paid social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
2. In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, and other social advertising platforms.
3. Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics dashboards).
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Strong project management and organizational abilities.
6. Demonstrated ability to mentor and support junior team members.
