About the role
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Manager, Client Partner to join one of our premier client teams. You will drive client relationships, building strong, value-add bonds with the client. You will regularly oversee multiple, advanced projects across an integrated spectrum and support client services leadership with strategic initiatives.

Who You Are

    • 3 - 5 years of prior agency account management experience
    • Experience managing integrated, 360 channel types of project
    • Strong knowledge of working with clients and building relationships with cross-functional partners within agency
    • Prior experience working with creative, communications and strategy teams to help develop strategic concepts across active & upcoming projects
    • Experienced in presenting information in a clear fashion both verbally and in writing with excellent interpersonal, presentation and written skills
    • Set and manage multiple project deliverables with the ability to work with multiple, cross-functional stakeholders
    • Organized, attentive and detail oriented
    • Possess a flexible personality and have strong problem-solving skills

What You Will Be Doing

    • Planning and delivering strategies across communication, partnerships and integrated channels
    • Work seamlessly with marketing and deployment to drive successful campaign and company results
    • Lead various campaigns or project deliveries – providing strategic guidance as necessary
    • Build and maintain partnership relationships with partner agencies, clients and vendors
    • Manage communication strategies
    • Work with cross-functional teams internal to our agency
    • Analyze data points and insights to maximize opportunities and service offerings
    • Working closely with all stakeholder domains such as strategy, creative, data science and insights
    • Be the connective tissue between audience data + deployment – providing actionable insights and audience approach
    • Developing testing strategies for all aspects of creative campaigns to ensure the most effective approach for the brand
