The 360 Recruiter role is for mature and experienced cross-functional recruiter for Atlanta-based Gameplan Jobs Integrated Talent Solutions. The recruiter will have the unique opportunity to build, develop, and execute full life-cycle talent acquisition for our customers as well as help with acquiring new accounts to source for. Recruiter will work closely with their Director of Recruiting and Director of Business Development in order to target and qualify prospects.
· Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for designated sales & operational functions.
Think outside the box, and leverage your experience and creativity to match the right candidates to the right careers.
Research and build "cold accounts" (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling)
Connect with multiple levels of hiring teams, keeping them engaged from in-take conversation, to new hire start date.
Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors, industry trends
Manage/overcome prospect objections
Job Requirements & the Ideal Candidate
Minimum 2 years proven previous experience with recruitment and sales
You are a highly motivated, tenacious, and a self-starter with proven experience

· BA/BS in HR, Marketing, Business or Communication preferred, but not required
