The Sales Development Associate role is for an aggressive, mature and experienced lead developer/appointment setter for Atlanta-based Gameplan Jobs Integrated Talent Solutions. This role will give you an opportunity to contribute to the company’s success. The skills acquired in the SDA role are critical for your success as you transition into a quota carrying role. The SDA is tasked with researching, developing and qualifying revenue opportunities in multiple industries and multiple geographies. SDA will work closely with their Sales Executives in order to target and qualify prospects.

Job Responsibilities:
Research and build "cold accounts" (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling)
Conduct high level conversations with decision makers in a specified industry vertical
Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined vertical
Generate new business opportunities to fuel the Sales Pipeline
Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors, industry trends
Manage/overcome prospect objections
Evangelize new accounts

Job Requirements & the Ideal Candidate
Minimum 2 years proven previous experience Telemarketing/Appointment Setter/Lead generation calling on Fortune 5000 companies and similar.
In recent experiences you have proven that you can develop a prospecting strategy, execute on pipeline goals, and reach a higher than average call volume.
You are a highly motivated, tenacious, and a self-starter with proven experience by example in Outbound Prospecting

Proven track record of high attainment of goals
You have exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
You have proficiency using cloud-based sales tools
·         BA/BS in Marketing, Business or Communication preferred, but not required
Job Type: Full-time, but will also consider part time applicants able to work at least 20 hours/week. Working from office in Buckhead or Sandy Springs
