GamePlan is a global HR Tech company based in Atlanta, GA and London, UK. We recruit and select high-volume positions by assessing an applicant’s career fit and skills. We also provide a career management platform to improve employee retention by providing personalized professional development. We are looking for a highly effective and well-organized Director of Business Development with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

    • Market research and analysis: finding companies who are hiring high-volume positions
    • Cold calling and contacting through social media VPs and Directors of Recruiting and Human Resources to offer our solutions
    • Networking and attending industry events in your region (often outside of normal work hours; see requirements)
    • Answering inquiries by e-mail, Twitter, and LinkedIn, and phone from potential clients
    • Writing and editing proposals and responses to RFPs

Requirements

    • At least five years of experience selling solutions to senior HR and Recruiting professionals in Fortune 1000 companies and/or large educational organizations and trusts
    • Ability to attend industry events outside of 9-5 workday, including on weekends
    • Ability to travel 20-30% of the time
