This role offers a unique opportunity to support investor marketing initiatives, manage communications, and be the primary point of contact for investor inquiries. The position also requires close collaboration with internal teams, including investment, finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure smooth operations and effective investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Investor Communication & Marketing: Support investor marketing and communication initiatives, maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
    • Point of Contact: Serve as the main support contact for sales team and investor inquiries.
    • Database & CRM Management: Oversee and maintain the firm’s CRM and investor databases, ensuring accuracy and organization.
    • Content Support: Assist in distributing quarterly letters, investor presentations, and due diligence questionnaires.

Qualifications:

    • Previous work experience in a professional business setting.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, or communications (preferred).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team.
    • High integrity in managing confidential information.
    • Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Self-motivated and accountable for task completion.
    • 3 years of administrative experience (required)
    • Experienced paralegal, loan processor, or financial sales support (preferred)
$20 - $23 an hour
Part-time, but could transition to full-time.
