Responsibilities
- -Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for overseas positions.

- -Utilize various recruitment channels and platforms to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
- -Coordinate international recruitment events and participate in job fairs to promote opportunities.
- -Stay updated on global recruitment trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
Requirements
- -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- -1-3years of experience in overseas recruitment or talent acquisition.
- -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- -Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. -Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
