What you will be doing
- Assist platform clients in completing transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with platform clients through the work system and resolve any issues they encounter.
- Follow up on information in the work group and maintain high-quality platform clients.
- Collect the demands and opinions of platform clients, summarize and record them, and reflect the clients' needs to relevant departments.
- Other tasks assigned by superiors.
What we are looking for
- Excellent communication skills, good expression ability and high emotional control ability, capable of calmly dealing with customer demands.
- Strong learning ability, good at teamwork, and skilled at identifying problems in work and proposing improvement suggestions.
- Candidates with P2P customer service experience background, understanding of foreign payment methods in P2P, and familiarity with appeal cases are preferred.
- Language proficiency: Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate in writing with foreign users in English.
- Possessing good logical thinking ability and communication skills, with strong flexibility.
- Having a good sense of service and good stress resistance.
